DAQBOARD/3006 - 16-Bit, 1 MHz Multifunction PCI Data Acquisition DaqBoard

The DaqBoard/3000 Series has a 16-bit, 1 MHz A/D converter coupled with 16 single-ended, or eight differential analogue inputs. Each channel can be software-configured for a different voltage range. While all analogue input ranges on the DaqBoard are calibrated at the factory, the DaqBoard also allows user calibration through a separate program called DaqCal. This software stores its calibration results in tables that are separate from factory calibration.

Two or four 16-bit, 1 MHz analogue output channels are built into the DaqBoard/3000 Series. Each D/A output can continuously output a waveform that can be read from PC RAM or a file on the hard disk. Alternatively, a program can asynchronously output a value to any of the D/As for non-waveform applications. The DaqBoard/3000 Series can use two of the 8-bit ports to generate a 16-bit digital pattern at up to 12 MHz, and the hardware also includes two 16-bit timer outputs.

Included with the DaqBoard/3000 Series is DaqView software, a comprehensive Out-of-the-Box application that enables setup, data logging, and real-time data viewing without any programming skills. DaqView also features direct-to-Excel® enhancements, FFT analysis, statistics, plus many other features. Also included with the DaqBoard/3000 is a complete set of drivers and detailed example programs for the most popular programming languages and software packages.

Expansion
Adding additional analogue input channels for the DaqBoard/3000 Series is easy using the optional PDQ30 expansion module, which provides an additional 48 SE/24 DE analogue inputs. The DaqBoard/3000 Series also supports up to four boards installed into one PC, effectively quadrupling the number of channels that can be attached to one PC.
